We seamlessly blend the roles of a tranquil villa and an inviting yoga retreat center. Whether you’re joining us for one of our curated retreats or considering renting our venue, please be aware that each occasion may have slightly different terms and conditions. We strongly advise reading through our terms and conditions thoroughly before finalizing your booking.

General Information

Our rates include the exclusive rental of the entire villa, or the rental of one room, with shared use of the common areas and the pool.
Accepted Payment on-site: cash or card payment.

House Rules

Quiet hours after 10 pm apply to both indoor and outdoor areas.
No parties are permitted on the premises.
No events are permitted on the premises.
Pets are prohibited.
Please refrain from smoking in the premises. Smoking will incur a fee of LKR 25,000.

Valuables

Flowground does not take any responsibility for the safety of valuables on the premises. A management safety deposit box is available for highly valuable items.

Liability

Flowground’s liability is limited to willful acts and gross negligence by its employees or agents. Flowground does not accept responsibility for any death, personal injury, damage, or loss of personal belongings unless caused by any fault of flowground.

Transport

We help organize airport transfers with a private driver. Provide your flight details to confirm the transfer.

Travel & Health Insurance

Guests must have travel insurance covering cancellations, including COVID and other illness-related cancellations. Participants engage in classes, excursions, and workshops at their own risk.

Force Majeure

Flowground is not liable for any loss, damage, or cancellation due to unforeseen events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, political unrest, or other force majeure events.

Villa Rental

Confirming your booking

Completing an online reservation does NOT confirm your booking.
50% payment is required to confirm your booking.
An invoice will be sent within 24 hours of making an online reservation.
Full payment is due 7 days before arrival.

Check-In and Check-out

Check-In: from 3.00 pm
Check-Out: 10.00 am

Cancellation Policy

50% of the booking value is fully refundable up until 60 days prior to arrival.
Subject to availability reservations can be modified free of charge up until 30 days prior to your original check-in date. No refunds will be issued if your new reservation value is less than the original.
No refund for early departure.
Refunds processed within 30 days from the cancellation date.

Venue Rental

Confirming your booking

Completing an online reservation does NOT confirm your booking.
A 30% deposit is required to confirm the venue rental.
An invoice for the total booking value will be sent within 24 hours of making an online reservation.
Settle the remaining amount 12 weeks before arrival.
Failure to make payment by the due date will result in cancellation.

Check-In and Check-out

Retreats run from Sunday to Saturday.
Check-In: from 3.00 pm
Check-Out: 10.00 am

Cancellation Policy

Venue rental deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable
50% of the booking value (excluding the deposit) is fully refundable up until 60 days prior to arrival.
No refund 30 days prior to arrival.
Refunds processed within 30 days from the cancellation date.
