A week of moving, melting, and unwinding.

Mornings and afternoons flow with Ashtanga Mysore, Vinyasa, power and slow flows — all levels welcome.
On Saturdays we shake the dust and remember how it feels to be fully alive.

Evenings are for softening. This Tuesday, join our full moon cacao ceremony and sound journey. On Thursday, a Yin, Sound, and Cacao immersion. On Friday, we Rest & Rewire — a nervous system and neuroplasticity experience.

Practice with us in our indoor shala — cool, calm, and a gentle escape from the heat and holiday buzz.

A week shaped by traditional Mysore practice in the mornings and long hours by the sea.

Guided by Matt — whose path has long woven together breath, movement, and ocean life — this retreat offers space to practise deeply, surf or simply float, and slow down in nature’s rhythm.

Open to all levels, whether you’re new to Ashtanga, have a daily practice or returning to it, stepping onto a surfboard for the first time or already at home in the water.
Quiet days, nourishing food, warm ocean, unhurried time.

A week shaped by steady mornings on the mat and slow days by the ocean.

Each day begins with Mysore-style Ashtanga practice, guided by Matt, a longtime Ashtanga practitioner and teacher with years of lived, embodied experience.

Beyond the mat, Matt has spent his whole life in the ocean. Born and raised in Hawaiʻi, surfing is not something he does — it’s part of who he is. This rare combination of deep yogic practice and lifelong connection to the sea weaves through the entire week.

Pranayama and meditation anchor the days, supporting a grounded nervous system and a more spacious way of being.

Held in an intimate group, surrounded by nature, with time to surf, rest, read, wander — or simply slow down.

Open to all levels.

Sound is not something you hear.
It’s something you enter.

This is a 4-day immersion with Poetry of Sound, held at @flowground — inside our indoor shala cocoon, gently insulated from the outside world so attention can turn inward.

Over four days, sound becomes a teacher.
Through vibration, deep listening, and subtle awareness, the training invites a deeper relationship with the nervous system, with silence, and with presence itself.

What stays with us from this work is not only technique, but sensitivity —
to resonance, to space, to what’s moving beneath the surface.

The training is Yoga Alliance & CMA-UK accredited.
Open to teachers, facilitators, and anyone feeling the pull toward sound as a contemplative practice.
