Flowground is a minimalistic retreat center on Sri

Flowground is a minimalistic retreat center on Sri Lanka’s South Coast, nestled in the paddy fields, just a short ride from the vibrant surf town of Ahangama.

With two shalas, one open-air with views of the paddies, and an indoor yoga shala, we’ve crafted a versatile space for retreats and trainings - perfect for all seasons.

Our two venues, nine rooms, two shalas, two pools, and cozy hangout corners provide the perfect balance for both smaller and larger groups, with space for up to 22 guests.

Next season 25/26 is almost full, but we still have availability for the upcoming slow season (May-October) with special rates, plus spots for next year’s slow season.   If flowground feels like the place for your retreat or training, now might be the time to connect. We’d love to welcome you. ♡
