Alice
Alice is a dedicated Ashtanga practitioner and teacher, sharing her practice with warmth, clarity, and care. Her approach is rooted in consistency and devotion, while remaining accessible and supportive for each individual student.
With a deep respect for the tradition, Alice creates a space where practice can unfold naturally — encouraging you to explore with curiosity, patience, and trust in your own rhythm.
Her teaching gently bridges discipline and softness, allowing both structure and ease to coexist on the mat.
Vedanta
Born and raised in a Brahmin family in India, Vedanta’s path has been deeply rooted in spirituality from an early age. Through Bhakti yoga, mantra chanting, and daily meditation, he developed a strong connection to the inner dimensions of practice long before stepping into the physical aspects of yoga.
His journey into Ashtanga yoga deepened following a shoulder injury, leading him to study the practice in Mysore under an authorized Level 2 teacher. Alongside this, Vedanta continues his studies in Ayurveda, natural health science, and Advaita Vedanta philosophy.
His teaching is subtle yet powerful — emphasizing breath, stillness, focus, and inner strength. Sessions often weave together asana, pranayama, meditation, and chanting, offering a holistic and deeply rooted experience of yoga.
Vedanta shares from lived experience, inviting students to move beyond form and into a more internal, meditative practice.
