Join us from March 1-15, 2025, at flowground in Sri Lanka for Living Yoga: Ashtanga & the Art of Living with NVC, guided by @lukejordanyoga and Anniken Poulsson Beer.

This retreat isn’t a “Yoga Holiday.” It’s an invitation to explore the interface between our inner world and the outer world we live in. Through Ashtanga practice, Nonviolent Communication, and authentic community, we’ll create a space for vulnerability, self-exploration, and true connection.

Luke Jordan will lead us through the Ashtanga practice, and with Anniken’s guidance, we’ll dive into Nonviolent Communication (NVC)—an approach that helps us go beyond stories and judgments, to discover what’s truly alive inside us. For Luke, this process is deeply aligned with yoga itself.

Together, we’ll practice meeting ourselves as we are, in a space that nurtures authenticity and growth.
