Join us from March 1-15, 2025, at flowground in Sri Lanka for Living Yoga: Ashtanga & the Art of Living with NVC, guided by @lukejordanyoga and Anniken Poulsson Beer.

This retreat isn’t a “Yoga Holiday.” It’s an invitation to explore the interface between our inner world and the outer world we live in. Through Ashtanga practice, Nonviolent Communication, and authentic community, we’ll create a space for vulnerability, self-exploration, and true connection.

Luke Jordan will lead us through the Ashtanga practice, and with Anniken’s guidance, we’ll dive into Nonviolent Communication (NVC)—an approach that helps us go beyond stories and judgments, to discover what’s truly alive inside us. For Luke, this process is deeply aligned with yoga itself.

Together, we’ll practice meeting ourselves as we are, in a space that nurtures authenticity and growth.

We are beyond excited to welcome our dear friend and incredible vegan chef, Anita Cunha @veganwishwas , to flowground for Luke Jordan’s upcoming Ashtanga Yoga & NVC Retreat in March 2025.

Anita has spent years cultivating her knowledge of vegan and Ayurvedic cooking, bringing together her passion for food, yoga, and the richness of culture. Having worked in renowned retreat centers like Purple Valley in Goa, and traveling extensively throughout India, she creates food that not only nourishes the body but also touches the soul.

Her philosophy is simple yet profound: food is a way to connect with ourselves and with the world around us. Through her flavorful dishes, Anita shares the essence of her experiences—infusing each meal with care, love, and a deep respect for nature and balance.

We couldn’t be more grateful to have her with us, helping to create delicious and mindful meals that will nourish everyone who joins us in this transformative retreat.
