This 1hr:30min downloader is a special trip over Rana’s Favourite moves. It will explore a collection of her new favourite moves with some updated variations of the old.
Rana’s relationship with the hoop is very personal, and her ultimate love affair is with leg/knee and body rolls and tosses; but now we have some great angles and barrel rolls!!! Wherever you are in your hooping experience, Rana will push your individual limits, advancing your full body hooping skills. Some favourites she will include are angle hooping, barrel rolls, transitions isolations and inner and outer breaks!!
The class will help you build a repertoire of moves and will encourage you to create your own sequences, breaking old habits and deepening your personal hoop flow. A personal hoop journal will be required during class (if you don’t have one, this is the time to start one). Closing circle will incorporate students performing their personal sequence for their peers. This is important to encourage participation and practice at home or at jam.
A 30min Double Top up is also available where we will cover doubles basics like a 2 beat weave, isolations and thread the needle!!!
Hoop Essentials or equivalent prerequisite required. Hoop Tricks and Drills highly recommended. Multi-level instruction will suit returning students. Hoops are available for use and purchase.
